This machine is mainly composed of screen, screen frame, screen, vibrating motor, motor units, damping Springs, brackets and so on.

1, box: by a number of different thickness plates welded together, have a certain strength and stiffness, is the main part of the screen.

2, screen frame: made from pine or small deformation of wood, mainly used to keep the screen smooth, normal screening.

3, mesh: low carbon steel, brass, bronze, and several kinds of stainless steel wire mesh.

4, vibrating motor (vibration motor use and maintenance as described in the instruction manual).

5: motor: installing vibrating motor, connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially the new screening machines three days before the trial, must be repeatedly fastened and loose so as not to cause an accident.

6, damping Springs: stop the vibration to the ground, and support the full weight of box, installation, the spring must be perpendicular with the ground.

7, frame: consists of four pillars and two channels, and supports screen box, pillar must be perpendicular with the ground during installation, two pillars of the following channels should be parallel to each other.
